I've tried downloading eSword with the old folder on the pc, with the old folder on a backup drive and putting the old folder into the newly formed one, and every option in eSword for opening a new study notes and nothing works. When I re-install eSword from a fresh download it will save the notes I put in, but when I move the old study.notx into the file it will not save new notes. But this time all the old notes are there but any new notes I try to save will not save. I had saved my eSword file and like any other time I have had to wipe my pc I opened the old saved folder and all my study notes went back into eSword. I recently wiped all of them and re-installed all my operating systems and programs. I'm an experienced geek when it comes to pc's. I've been using eSword for a few years and have it installed on a few computers. ![]() The solution he found doesn't seem to make any sense.
